SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK delivery is £3.50, within the EC £7.50, Rest of the World £12, regardless of the number of items involved. (In general we are subsidising the postage costs -so buy, buy, buy!)

We reserve the right not to fulfil orders from certain countries where we have experienced instances of fraud. We do not deliver to PO box addresses in any country, including the UK.

We always send our goods by recorded delivery, which means they have to be signed for.

International Customers please note - if you live outside the EC, you may have to pay local taxes on goods bought from abroad. Sadly, this is beyond our control, and varies from country to country. If in doubt, check with your country's customs & excise service (usually available online.)

We normally ship all items other than made-to-measure to arrive with within 30 days in the UK, or 4-6 weeks for international orders. For made-to-measure items, please check delivery times for individual items. Usual delivery times for made-to-measure will be at least four to six weeks.

PAYMENT

Little Dead Riding Hood accepts cheques and postal orders in UK pounds sterling. We also accept credit card payments through WorldPay. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, JCB and Solo cards. When you pay by credit card, you will be automatically transferred from Little Dead Riding Hood's site to WorldPay's site where your payment will be processed. WorldPay operates under a secure server and all your details are encrypted. When your payment has been processed, you will be automatically returned to Little Dead Riding Hood's site. The whole process is straightforward and secure.

We accept credit card payments in UK pounds sterling, Euros or US dollars. Please select the appropriate currency. To calculate the cost of an item in any currency other than these, we suggest you use a currency convertor such as http://www.xe.com .

If you wish to pay by any other method than credit card, cheque or postal order, please e-mail us and we'll see what we can do.

EXCHANGE/CANCELLATIONS

Important! Read this bit carefully! Intimate garments such as lingerie and latex clothing, or jewellery for piercings such as earrings for pierced ears, and any food items are not returnable or refundable, for reasons of hygiene. Made to measure items also cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, as they are made solely for you. For this reason, please be EXTREMELY careful when taking your measurements. We strongly recommend that you get someone to help you take your measurements, and that you check, re-check and check again before placing your order. Ifyou have any doubts or questions about sizing or measurements, please e-mail us prior to placing your order.

Faulty items

Little Dead Riding Hood checks all items very carefully before despatching. However, any faulty goods can be returned to us for an exchange or full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us before you return the item. If you live outside the EC, please mark your parcel clearly "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINALLY FROM THE UK", as this is necessary for the goods to avoid customs difficulties. Little Dead Riding Hood will refund the return postage on faulty items.

Unwanted items

If you do not want the item it can be returned unworn to us, (unless it is made-to-measure in which case we cannot accept returns.) Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us before you return the item. We will gladly exchange the item for another of equal or lesser value, or you can pay the difference if you wish to exchange for a more expensive item. The replacement item will incur shipping costs. If you live outside the EC, please mark the parcel clearly "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINALLY FROM THE UK". The customer is responsible for return postage on unwanted items. Please note the special information below, regarding footwear, corsets and clinchers.

Footwear

Footwear that is not made to measure can be returned for exchange providing that it does not show any signs of use, including any abrasion on the sole or heel, or any scratching or folding. Special Orders (outside the standard size range.) can't be returned as they've been specially made.We do not do refunds on footwear unless the item is faulty. Any footwear which is returned but is not faulty will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, due to the high cost of manufacturing these items. Please remember that made-to-measure footwear cannot be exchanged or refunded, as it involves an individual pattern being cut for your specific measurements, so please measure very carefully.

Corsets and clinchers

These items need special care when trying on. Corsets or clinchers which have not been made-to-measure can be returned for exchange but only if you have followed these instructions: When you first receive your corset or clincher , please try it on over a t-shirt, for hygiene reasons, and do not lace tightly as corsets and clinchers are designed to mould to the body's shape when tightly laced. Do not begin to tighten the laces until you are happy that the corset or clincher is the correct size. Any corset or clincher returned to us will only be exchanged if it does not show any sign of wear - it must have been gently tried on for size, as we cannot exchange a corset or clincher which has been tight-laced. We do not do refunds on corsets or clinchers unless the item is faulty. Please remember that made-to-measure corsets or clinchers, like any item made specifically for you, cannot be exchanged or refunded - so double-check those measurements!

All items

Believe it or not, some unscrupulous people order goods from online stores, wear them and then try to return them for a refund or exchange. We know you wouldn't do such a wicked thing, because you're nice people, but we do reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any item which shows any sign of wear or deliberate damage. In such a case, the customer would have to pay the postage costs of returning the item to them if they want it back.

All goods returned to Little Dead Riding Hood, for any reason, must be sent by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsbility for any item which gets lost in the post.

If you need to cancel an order, please e-mail us immediately and ensure that you receive a return e-mail confirming cancellation. Made to measure items cannot be cancelled, as the materials will be cut to your size. All credit card orders include the credit card's fee of 4.5% or 50p if you paid via debit card. Orders that are cancelled after charging will be less this fee. If you are a customer from outside the UK, please note that refunds are made at the UK price which you paid. As the exchange rate fluctuates, you may receive more or less than you paid originally in your own currency.

Please note that we do not supply goods 'on approval' and if you have any doubts about sizing, or any other details, please contact us before ordering.

Little Dead Riding Hood reserve the right to cancel, suspend or delay delivery of an order without being liable for any loss or damage if the supply of the goods is prevented or delayed for circumstances beyond our control.

PRIVACY

We take your right to privacy very seriously, and we will not supply any information about you to any third party without your written consent and we will not use the personal information you supply to us for marketing purposes.
