SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK delivery is £3.50, EU - £7.50, Rest Of the World - £12. This is regardless of how much you buy - so the more you buy, the more you save! Simple, isn't it?

We try to keep conditions to a minimum, but please note:

1. We reserve the right not to fulfil orders from certain countries where we have experienced instances of fraud.
2. We do not deliver to PO box addresses in any country, including the UK
3. We always send our goods by recorded delivery, which means they have to be signed for.
4. If you live outside the EC, it is possible that you might have to pay local taxes on goods purchased from the UK. If you've got any questions about this, check with your country's own customs & excise service (usually quite easy to find online via a search engine.)

We normally ship all items other than made-to-measure to arrive with 4 weeks in the UK, or 4-6 weeks for international orders. For made-to-measure items, please e-mail us if you want to check delivery times. These vary from one designer to another, including LDRH's own designs, so please contact us before placing an order if you need an item for a particular date. Usual delivery times for made to measure will be at least four to six weeks. Rush jobs may also be possible, depending on the current workload of the particular designer, but again please e-mail us before you order.

ORDERING

Ordering from LDRH couldn't be simpler, as we have a shopping cart system which is quite straightforward to use. The only slightly fiddly bit may be involve some made-to-measure items where you need to fill in your measurements (very, very important!), choice of colours or fabric and, in some cases, any additions/ decorations you might want. Please don't be put off by this - it's simply a matter of filling in the boxes so that you get exactly what want. If you have any questions or problems, please e-mail us. We're always happy to help, and we're not a bit scary.

Little Dead Riding Hood accepts cheques and postal orders in UK pounds sterling. We also accept credit card payments through WorldPay. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, JCB and Solo cards. When you pay by credit card, you will be automatically transferred from Little Dead Riding Hood's site to WorldPay's site where your payment will be processed. WorldPay operates under a secure server and all your details are encrypted. When your payment has been processed, you will be automatically returned to Little Dead Riding Hood's site. The whole process is straightforward and secure.

We accept credit card payments in UK pounds sterling, Euros or US dollars. Please select the appropriate currency. To calculate the cost of an item in any currency other than these, we suggest you use a currency converter such as http://www.xe.com .

If you wish to pay by any other method than credit card, cheque or postal order, please e-mail us. We'll try to help if we can.

If you have to cancel an order, please e-mail us immediately. You should receive an e-mail from us confirming the cancellation. If you don't, please e-mail, text or 'phone us straight away. As we have to pay a credit card fee of 4.5% on credit card orders, or 50p on debit card orders, refunds on any of these orders which are cancelled after charging will be less this fee. Please note that, like all companies which offer a made-to-measure service, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds/exchanges on any items made to your own specifications. This is for the obvious reason that a made-to-measure item is created just for you - so please measure carefully!

SIZING

Little Dead Riding Hood knows that people come in all shapes and sizes, and therefore we try to offer as wide a range of sizes as we possibly can and we would like to be able to offer every item in every size. However, we feature the creations of different designers and manufacturers, and the range of sizes available thus varies from one clothing line to another, though most do offer plenty of choice. Please don't think that if one item on our site is not available in your size, then nothing will be - please browse around and we're sure you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Where available, we have included the designers' sizing charts, which will appear as a pop-up when you click on the link on the particular garment page. Please note that all items are shown in UK clothing and foot sizes.

Many of our garments are made-to-measure, at a very reasonable price, and these can be made to fit any size - these include beautiful dresses, corsets and skirts, stunning coats and trousers, and more.....We also offer a good choice of made-to-measure boots, including hard-to-find thigh boots, and these cost £50 on top of the standard price to cover the manufacturer's costs in cutting an individual pattern.
